It might be the map designers aesthetic choice but I originally thought the poolrooms had more light seeping into the map and more aqamarine colored water. Again, this might be the map creator's specific interpretation of the level but the poolrome are meant to provide a sort of quasi-relaxing vibe. Or maybe that's my opinion.
