In the hexamorphic heart description it says sandard when talking about the chambers.

There are a lot of instances where you use an apostrophe in it's instead of the proper possessive its without an apostrophe. For example, Reptilian Neural Pathways (Apex Morolith) has two in the second paragraph. Mesathalamus has one in the first paragraph.

Rather than finding and noting all the descriptions where it's used, I'm fairly certain a simple find and replace would do the job as I've yet to find it used elsewhere.

"Halucinations" in the second paragraph of Mesathalamus needs another L.

I recall a 'crystallization' typo in an earlier description, but that may have been a regional spelling with s instead of z or maybe it had one L instead of two? I forget!

Punctuation is generally placed inside the quotes "like this," rather than "this".

I can edit this with more typos as I find them. Typos in bold

Hexamorphic Heart:
'the heart seems to be made of six chambers in stead of four' remove the space between in and stead
''seems to have mutated aswell' put a space between as and well

Dimorphous Lung:
'but Entropic research has ofcourse demonstrated" space between of and course

Monstrous Bone Structure:
"The subject is about 2,25 meters in heighth" remove the h at the end of height
"Moments before the vehicle comes to a halt, a huge humanoid," remove that comma after humanoid.

Enhanced Neural Reactivity:
"I...I apologize ofcourse, but we are under alot of pressure"

Draugarskin:
"Auto-mutilation to psychosis" an extra space between to and psychosis
"We are all, very eager" remove the comma after all

Nightmare Hide:
"We note far less incidents" far fewer incidents
"It's too bad, realy, she seemed" add another L to really
"but we are finaly making good progress" same, add another L to finally

There's another in nightmare hide that I saw earlier but can not locate again, after reading it over like 5 times.
