a prism with one of it's bases being round or a cylinder with one of it's bases being square, like a sprops' cubinder model
and the ability to offset the tip of a dome, would be useful in building plane/heli fuselages

This would be quite easy, make a cylinder so that you can change the amount of corners both sides have individually

neatly connecting a cylinder to one with a different number of sides using an algorithm might get weird

A hollow cylinder that takes a turn? Don't know if it's doable, lol.

Hollow objects are tricky because they need lots of physics parts but I do like the idea

try the taper sliders on the tube and see if that does what you want

A cool idea would be a grid to build it off

maybe add a slider to move props in 1 or the other direction instead of it going from the middle outwards for more precise / interesting buildings and shapes to be made that way
