Spoiler!!! Ancient Singularity
You can "upgrade" the Ancient Singularity into a glove but I keep randomly getting an event that something is wrong, but I can't find a way to stop it, and it explodes every time.

Is there any way to stop this?

Apparently, you have to get rid of it by gifting it to someone. Then, it just explodes elsewhere, and it seems like it gets destroyed; but player character lives.

Yeah i did this once but i want to keep it, i was able to upgrade the glove now, I hope this won't happen again, but I hope there's another way.

it will respawn if it does go KABOOM, but you will need to upgrade it again. I gifted it to the Witch hunter master, then it showed back up a year later

I've done it like 5 times and had no issues. Must be the RNG gods coming through for me lol.
