I would add something like this, but my graphic skills are too low.
Such an item would need its own story chain (similar to Ancient Singularity) and unique powers, though at the moment I have no ideas.
Or maybe a fertility totem - you pay some kind of price, and in return, the next time the target lays with a person of the opposite gender, the female participant is guaranteed to ger pregnant. The price could be a certain amount of health, or lifespan, from both participants.
