I think I don't understood the mechanics: after completion of the legend of my mage I should have been able to create the cultural tradition "rule of the mages"? I completed the legend as mythical (three star), but I don't see a new tradition.
I have an accepted tradition "rule of the coven", and there is a free tradition slot.
Or does the legend only give a discount on this tradition? But how do I get the tradition then?
