Player is not obliged to fight him. However, if you summon him deliberately, it will end in a tough mage duel or some other harm to you.
So it's a completely optional challenge, or just a curiosity otherwise.
I decided that the option of summoning something that could destroy even a powerful summoner would make this world a little more believable ;) After all, there are beings of immeasurable power in this world, although they are modestly represented in the mod by Asmodeus and Abdul (and Mimmy...).
It is also a certain archetype of a character - someone very powerful, arrogant, contemptuous of others and somewhat decadent. A bit of a classic villain.
He does not participate in any crises or other events - he is not particularly interested in Earth.
Thanks for the amazing work. This will always be my favorite mod

Can I make him my follower, or servant, like Belial?
Doubtful :D
Even if you won the duel and spared him, Asmodeus would return to hell after a while. You could say he dies of shame...
