Regarding gender equality rule
When playing with the "gender inverted" game rule, the gender of the spawned demon, for example the demon child or the one that can be your martial, as still male. That makes them way less useful in a gender inverted game since they can't be martials and be given titles.
I think the gender of the spawned characters should follow this game rule like many of the vanilla events.

The minor demons have a random gender (although the male one appears more often), but the prescripted characters are fixed. You may have a bit of a point, but adapting this rule would take too much effort ;) Hell doesn't have to follow the rules that apply on earth anyway :>.

At least make that one demon who offered to be your martials for 10 years follow the rule, otherwise that's a completely useless character (other than marry him).

Yes, this can be a problem. Perhaps this option will be disabled in such circumstances, I will think about it.
