Ring of Life suppressed Question
Hi there, not sure if it's part of this mod or not but I had obtained the Ring of Life and then some Mage showed up and wanted it. I said no and he suppressed the power.

There was a tidbit of doing Magical Research to get the power back but nothing about how that works. Is it a special project? Is it random? Is it over time?

Hey, there are two ways to restore the power of the ring:
1) imprison the mage who suppressed it.
2) conduct magical research - repairing the ring should be available in special projects ;)

I somehow ended up with two artifacts: Ancient Singularity and Ring of Life. I am a literal god. Is this supposed so op, and I just happened to end up with those exact items..?

Magic artifacts are sometimes OP, especially these two ;) It is possible that your further game will be very easy until the ending crises arrive.
