once you've collected all 7 of them, right click on them with them in your inventory and then oncee youve clicked on the wish you want in the menu that pops up, click grant wish in that same menu. And yeah, you can use them more than once! Just be sure to keep any dragon balls you collect in your inventory, as the game will spawn duplicate balls of ones you might have already collected if you put any in storage
