I have the translation ready (though mostly untested), but I am struggling with the part where a word is substituted depending on case or gender. For example (taken from base game):
I just don't know how it works and how to apply it. Can you perhaps give me a hint...?
but i think you can translate it like those example
But it's not a big deal. Let's do this: I'll do some more testing and send you the translation soon. It will be a little awkward due to weird grammar at some places (where text is generated automatically), but understandable and legit. And if I ever crack this, I'll make an update. OK?
Here's the address, should work and not explode:

Minor report: some parts of the Czech history (Czech_PediaText) were broken (grammatically unreadable) in English, so I had to improvise a little and basically write some entries from scratch. I hope you will be fine with that. If you are interested, I can propose an improvement of the problematic English entries.
I haven't solved my declination issue yet; it requires specific formatting knowledge. If I do, I will send you an update.
If you are happy with my work, I would be happy to translate your Masaryk mod as well!
and of course, you can translate Masaryk as well.
also, I'd appreciate crediting me in the description.
