Can you be a little more specific? What kind of customizations do you have in mind?
I'm unfamiliar with this option, can you point me where in the game I can find this utility?
Done in the update I just released:
- Making shield bar replace armour bar (only when the player has no armour)
- AutoIcons support (disabled by default, it's got some odd bugs at the time of me posting this)
- HUD now does not draw when cl_drawhud is set to 0 (what the "Drawing" section toggles on/off)
Other stuff done not requested here:
- Now has a menu under the "Options" tab in the spawnmenu.
- HUD can be scaled horizontally & vertically across the screen.
- HUD does not draw if the player does not have an HEV suit (The HEV suit is equipped by default in almost every gamemode, including sandbox.)
- Added multiple utility display modes (HL1/HL2/HL2DM) for different games' ammunitions when playing within their confines.
Stuff I will be doing later/next:
- Colour schemes / customizable colour options for the HUD
- Being able to turn off specific elements of the HUD
Stuff I am considering but am not convinced I should add yet:
- Server-controllable elements AKA elements which can be turned off serverside preventing all players from using them (stuff that can provide gameplay-altering differences such as NPC health bars)
