I would agree that the desperado should have charm resistance

Also, the gem miners feel very weak, ruby are meh but useful with fire resistance and the best weapon effect, but I think most of the elemental damage effects are intended to be armor negating, right now they have a fairly minor impact

Thanks for the feedback! I've been meaning to revisit the gem miners, along with other balance changes and sprite improvements when (if) I ever get around to finishing the federal troop mod expansion.

Cowboy sprites seem too small
