so i think you have issues with your mod list. There are a lot of duplicate id errors, meaning its going to try and randomly pick one, which could mean its picking older versions. Your SRTS is throwing a lot of errors. it seems you have quite a few incompatibilities in your mod list which will be causing lots of issues. Also personally i wouldnt recommend Rim73. It causes a lot of compatibility issues. Armor & UI Uncapper is also throwing a big error, it seems to have issues with Vanilla Expanded Framework.

any of these issues could be causing the vehicles not to work, if something else in your mod list is having issues, ive found PLA vehicles will often bug out. Its a good indicator of problems actually.

i would try and solve those errors in your mod list, but also look for any mods that effect pawns/animals/ui as they could be the problem.

@Huntmaster there are a lot of errors haha, honestly PLA is very sensitive to other mods having issues with your game. First off you need to remove duplicates for Doors Expanded and JecsTools. Also do you have the latest CE version, there are so many CE errors and its failing to find some ammo types. I would recommend trying to put PLA and my patch before any mods that could possibly alter mechanoids. So as early as possible, but after CE of course. Also as a side note, whatever you have thats using the Universal Fermenter, you should switch to the processor framework, its the newer version, less bugs, it will complain but its the same mod, and any mod that needs Universal fermenter will use that instead. Also i would try putting HAR as close to the top as well.

@Huntmaster wait, i just noticed, you have mechanoid foundry without what the hack, this might actually be my fault, let me try something. Try it now, think i forgot to add Mechanoid foundry, with WTH being the main focus on the mod i forgot to add mechanoid foundry to the list of mods that cause the patch to happen.
