Rebirther bug?
Sometimes the NPC just dies and dont respawn even tho the rebirther is on

thats been happening to me constantly, every npc that dies just rots and then breaks apart and despawns

There are many causes for this, here's some I know so far:

1. The NPC was dismembered. If a limb came off in the NPC's death, the rebirther isn't able to repair that, so the NPC just despawns completely instead.
2. The NPC wasn't on the same team as the rebirther.
3. The rebirther was set up improperly.
