Beastmen technology is stuck
Trying to research one of the technologies that cost 10k and requires 1 whatever it is but it never works. Not a single one of those every finishes.

As texts says you can only research ONE per group. Other will be perma locked.

Yeah, but I cannot research ANY of them. Not a single one of them. I can research the one that don't need anything, the challenges.

I was playing as the one with two axes. The one by Dark Elfs. Maybe that helps.

I checked all, all works. Be sure to redownload the mod. And what is important you need to start new campaign with SFO, it does not work on vanilla saves.

I started it several times actually. I try to download it again and see if it works.
