Me and a buddy in MP are playing IE and when I play Katarin she doesn't get enough EXP from the first battle to get a level up which gives her the 5% movement skill she needs to hit the settlement all in turn 1. If you don't level you don't make it in 1 turn to capture your first settlement. and you get hit by not only attrition but another AI enemy army that re garrisons at that settlement and theres like 12 units to 8 that almost always lose.
