Kislev/Kostaltyn campaign: The special landmark "Frosthome" unlocks recruitment of certain units, but doesnt increase their unit capacity, which makes the building just so much worse than it should be...is this really intended or an oversight? Because right now the normal "war-sled" building is a bigger priority than the landmark just because you need that increase in unit capacity...
