Is there a list of changes for Rakarth's monster pens somewhere? I couldn't find significant notes on it under the list of changes. The main reason I'm curious is there are many changes to the number of each type of monster you can get/hold, but it seem that War Hydra is nowhere to be found despite still being "captured" in the mountains during raiding/attacking. I wasn't sure if there is a tech/building that I need to utilize it, or if it's an unfortunate balancing side effect where you can find hydras but not recruit them.
