Is there anyway to increase the loading speed?
it takes like double even triple time to load a save or a battle than original game. And the auto solve mechanics often need me to control the battle or I will lose or take huge damage

An SSD is the best way to speed up loading. The faster it is the better.

The other option I know and also personally use, because my SSD isn't the fastest, is usage of a program called PrimoCache. With it you're able to use your RAM or another hard drive as Cache. Requirement would be that you have enough free ram or if you use another hard drive enough free space on it.
This won't cut the loading times to zero, but going from 90s to 65s for loading the campaign map is noticable.
PrimoCache costs money though, except during the 30 days trial. But for me it was a good option because most of my games are on a 2TB HDD and my SSD is just 500 GB in size. And this considerably cuts down the loading times for all my games on my HDD.

If you have the money buy the fastest SSD possible. Having fast RAM could also help.
