I have read all the wiki articles from ingame and the tooltips, I just don't understand it. Is it unique to grimhammer that suddenly mid game around turn 80 all of my allies recruitment cost through the outposts became crazy and unobtainable. Some of them are 150 to 120 points?? you cant even get more than 100. Can someone explain to me how the costs work? what affects it other than the "50% cheaper outside of friendly faction at level 3"?
