I havent ran a dwarf campaign yet with storm of chaos, but the dwarfs ai is pretty decent, especially with the crisis late game. The only issue I have is when I see a dwarf LL on a copter, because they just fly around in circles and dont even really shoot. I mean, it makes it easier when fighting them, but its kinda sad to see.
