How to get more 'Technology Points'?
Hello, I was wondering the threat title. If I mouse over the point I have, it says 'change this turn' but nothing about how to get more.

Thats the thing, you dont :). Your choice is final in many technologies, so choose wisely.

How does the player unlock technologies like 'The Hunt Begins'? 'The Hunt Begins' requires 'Devotion to Ulric' and costs 1 'Technology Point' but 'Devotion to Ulric' also costs 1 'Technology Point'. If the player is only given 1, it is impossible to get technologies like that then?
