Context: Playing Kairos with many lore passives unlocked through his skill tree. Upon casting a spell, only a couple lore passives stick around after casting. The rest of the effects show up on the side of the unit card like you expect, but then disappear less than a second later. Specifically, Life Blood and Fires of Change were the only ones I noticed working properly (of the ones I had unlocked for Kairos).
My Fix: In the unit_special_abilities_tables file, I unchecked the box under "Updates Target Every Frame" for each broken passive and that fixed it for me (as far as I can tell). However, I am a complete noob and am not sure if this is the proper way to fix the bug or not!

I started a new game without SFO and hes loaded.
