New Acces to Tarnished Chamuel?
As all of you know Tarnished Chamuel in Tarnished Menu is kinda... glitchy
So i created this thread for ideas of another way to play as him

Well as Epiphany devs said, they will make an API to make TR characters in wave 4

you need to defeat dogma without taking treasure rooms

personally I'm more concerned about the unlock method of tarnished chamuel because its kinda ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ngl, maybe just allow like 3 treasure rooms maximum to be taken?
