Are these locked behind gic-only races? I think I've done the whole main questline w/o ever getting a specific one.
I completely forgot that these were a thing but then again, I only played as vanilla human 'cause I got used to playing as them since day 1.

Oh, I thought those are like one-time permanent buffs we can use for a character
Kinda like that rpggrowth mod with their advanced jobs etc.
