So as far as I can tell right now your physics are pretty much always in FreeFall state ?

Also I noticed you have a local variable named "Bounced" that overrides your global status variable named "Bounced", which is probably not what you want X)

Having looked at that again, it looks like the logic around statuses doesn't work at all. Fortunately it was mainly there to save a few frames here and there.
