Arctic wont be added for awhile, as it would bog down gameplay quite a bit, however, you can make an addon which when used alongside ICM, will add islands (requires use of the 0.4.0 version, currently out on the pre-release)

Speaking of which, 0.4.0 adds full land pathfinding, and 13 new capture points to Meier. Its not on this version of the addon though (for now), but on the pre-release, at https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2844333563
