I still seem to be having issues with microbial sampling, getting the waiting for free exam room error. Almost all the patients stuck at this are either in Observation, or General Surgery with "Acute Cholangitis"). Maybe it's patients still stuck from before the fix went in, will continue to monitor and report back.

Also when trying to treat Ischemic Stroke in Emergency with IV TPA, a doctor has to come from Neurology to administer it. Is that intention?

Think I worked out what's wrong with Acute Cholangitis, you have bacterial cultivation "testing" rather than "sampling" in ExaminationRef.

Very good catch. I'll change that right now and it should fix the problem. As for the IV TPA in the emergency, I was seeing the same thing when testing. I couldn't figure out how to stop that from happening but in the end I just chalked it up to being realistic. Specialists are very frequently called down to the emergency department for consultations. Especially neurologists and surgeons.

The issue was with the Realistic Collapses and Disease Incidence Mod and not Bedside Examinations.

I believe there is a bug in ModExaminationBEDLC.xml in line 1632 causing patients to take off their trousers instead of shirt for chest auscultation exam. <DressLevel> should be HALF instead of HALF_TOP.

Can't seem to administer shock wave lithotripsy so someone hospitalised. The room is working and operational but doesn't seem to work, i think its either this mod or realistic collapse mod as they are the only new mods to edit treatments.

Seems to work if I change the general surgery sonography room to a radiology one

Bug: Cardio patients in wards are perpetually waiting for examination room. The doctor comes to them, but it doesn't resolve the issue

did you have open exam rooms though? seems like flooding your department with more staff but didn't get more exam rooms

I found a bug, some hematologic exams can't be done anymore at emergency and this exams the description is in english.
