Is there any way to get this mod without ideology?
I want to use this mod with Mr Samuel's streamers mod pack but I cant use it. Is there any way to get this mod, or something similar, that works if you don't have ideology?

It doesn't need Ideology, it needs Royalty, and no, it would require the illegal redistribution of expansion code because this mod requires code from Royalty to work.
