Work In Progress
The WIP thread will cover what is going on with the with route progress to the end of the line.. Each entry will contain a summary of work and the duration of time.

Sun, June 1, 2014 - work on labeling the sidings, platforms and destination points are in progress. We were able to successfully test labeling sidings and platforms in route editor and have them transfer to new scenarios.

We feel that labeling the platforms and destinations using an Eastward - Westward designation will allow us to better control AI and keep it on the correct track.

Label Yard Tracks, Sidings, Platforms and some destinations. Work on Track on Piermont Line. Need to correct elevation between Dunigan Rd and Rt.52.

Morning 840-915am - High Tension wire installation Hillburn Substation to Mahwah Substation.

Substation North of Hillburn complete, Old Station, parking lot, palisades fence Suffern, complete. Ford Track West of Plant scenery very near complete. Bad signal westbound protecting Piermont Bracn

Correct Elevations and streets west of mainline. Add rolling stock to Mahwah yard for scenario time 830-915am Bad signal is at west end of Hillburn Yard

Mountain West of Ford done, RT 17 South of Ford and interchange complete. Filled Hillburn Yard with freight. Master Scenario Populated. To determine - Switching or simple A to B scenario. Need to change yard speed to 10 mph and line west of hillburn to 60/50

820-905am Add telegraph and light poles to Suffern. Test run diesel in Mahwah yard.

Tonight - Change remaining mainline speed to 60/50, change yard to 15/10, spur to Ford to 15, Hillburn and Ford 10, reduce Curve West of Tuxedo per orders to 50/40, locate any other relevant orders. Shrink yard markers and add East/West ends for more specific drop points

Set Main to 60/50 to Bergan County Line, All yards and sidings 10, Piermont Branch 20,
50 from Suffern Station to West End Hillburn Track 1 and 2, exception Track 1 West of Station Plaform to SF tower is 40,Tracks 1 and 2 Curves west of Tuxedo 35. Track at newburgh jct is 50/50, Track west of NJ is 60/60

Old main is 50/40 through the wye east, wye west is 30/20

Add streetlights around plant and in suffern, Considering running first scenario at 130am instead of pm. Test drive hillburn and ford yard to test speed limits ... 10 mph is slow

2000-0130 Work on Scenario, Create DN-90, SD70M, set destination and waypoints. Failed to create consist as units were telescoping

0820-0910 create Ford Parts Consist and Croxton Consist for DN-90. Problem putting green marker (destination) or any markers down in copied scenario will work during night.
