Disclaimer: I'm a VERY new modder. Everything I've done and understand is through the FCS and there's still mountains to learn there for me. Please be patient.

Got a load error, mod ignored error. No matter the order or if it was the only mod loaded. Game is updated on standard version, is anything else required?

When I published it, it mentioned the Dialogue.mod being a requirement, but that's base file for the game. I don't know if it affects the FCS or not, but I've been running on the Experimental branch of the game and didn't think to roll back to stable before making this. If you're not already, try going into the game properties and running the experimental branch?
