Artillery weapons (Bug?)
Right now no NEXT weapons have the weapon_role_artillery tag. I think the tag is used for commanders Artillery Focus skill. Examples of weapons that have this tag are arc emitters and titan lances.

Negative Mass Beam technology for Titan weapon slot continually spawns as a tech to research upon finishing research. This tech is never available for use.
