It crashes when you click host/local? Or when you hit play singleplayer or host a nondedicated/dedicated session? Does it only happen if you're subscribed to the mod?
I removed the only thing in my mod that I think would be the potential cause in the latest update.
I updated the mod very shortly before you posted this, so it may just be that you downloaded it right before the update and it became outdated. Unsubbing/resubbing and restarting the server should fix that. It's odd that it would crash, but it may be due to the same problems that TKS | NICO was having. I removed a test script in the latest update, so that may have fixed it. Otherwise, I really have no clue why there would be any crashes related to this mod due to the lack of any changes to scripts. If joining the server without the mod works, but with the mod it doesn't, let me know.
Yes, the new creatures cycle in once the old creatures despawn. One way to accelerate this instantly is to use the destroywilddinos command to get rid of all current wild dinos so that the new ones can spawn.
Be sure that you have the mod updated on the server and your client. The mod should update on a server restart automatically.
I believe its a bug with the vanilla game. I've seen similar things happen on vanilla, and the mod doesn't modify the ice wyvern spawn container at all. Use the command "destroyall Ragnarok_Wyvern_Override_Ice_C" and they should start spawning back in as normal.
