I doubt OSDs and Element Veins would play much of a part. If you really want to spawn shadowmanes, you might have to try disabling Additional Creatures 2 or Ragnarok Plus. Also, be sure to use the command destroywilddinos after you disable each mod in order to reset the spawns.
hello, I put it all here, we have a primo server where we use these mods for animals and also an increased number of din, but alas Shadowmane does not appear there, we use these mods

@Sorrow It might be a load order problem. Look up how to modify single player (or server) load order and load the max level mod after this mod and let me know if that works.
@preitkumar2022 As far as I know, this mod affects scorched earth spawns somewhat, island spawns somewhat, but nothing else. I don't know what spawn containers Fjordur uses, but this mod would probably not have any effect on that map.
