If anyone has a solution, I'd appreciate it. As of now, there are at least 5 music items in every single house I loot. Not that I mind, but I'd like finding a new cassete to be something of a small event to celebrate; as of now, it seems like I own a cassete shop after looting just 5 houses.

Adjust the loot settings for both. Works a charm.
