ideas to maybe balance it, the cost is a hair less but also less HP it does have a hole after all.

as for how much cheaper & or hp lose, cover too, i would recommend just making it optional in a menu, let everyone else decide how nerf/op to make it.

me personally prob go with something more easy mode & just keep cost+hp same with cover 75% like the one i was use to using in the past.

also keep in mind its a wall with hole, so act as if vent or open to outside so no holding in cold/heat
