Tried validating files, tried unsubscribing and resubscribing, tried even going in to manually delete the workshop file and have the integrity checker manually download it all. My starter kit is Weapon Set-less and I am too hopelessly lazy to reinstate every weapon by myself :[

EDIT: nvm I just looked a little more and figured it out (using the command "npcd_generate_starterkits" in the console :) )
