On another topic, regarding the fact that his Halberd Stab deals reduced damage to rank 2 and 3, maybe you can do it similarly to how Banished Hunter describes its Blunderbuss skill's reduced damage to certain ranks. The skill information looks like this: https://imgur.com/a/ExuZ1wx

Thanks, the issue has been resolved.

And in regards to Halberd Stab's tooltip, unfortunately adding any kind of tooltip requires me to edit both the .info and buffs files regardless of what is needed. Not to mention if the mod author were to make any changes to either of these files in the future, it'll be a lot of trouble to fix.

For now I'll await Kaze* to address this issue.
