If you're wondering why random loot is appearing from seemingly nowhere, you can disable that from happening.

1. Make sure the mod is enabled so you can access the settings from the title menu (click the gear icon to the right of the title of the mod in your list of mods)
2. After you click the gear, there will be an arrow pointing right at the bottom right of the mod menu options, allowing you to go to the 2nd page.
3. On the 2nd page, 4 options down, is an option that says "Teleport loot to player" and it's default set to be on. Turn it off, and you won't have to worry about it anymore (I was troubleshooting mods for hours before discovering this...)
