as a small cruiser I would have liked to see a super engine with 12 points. As a small ship we have many things to fight with the big ones. I hope we are not going to limit your setup,

It's been something I've considered, and don't have a great path of viability.

The problem is that for you to get enough use out of a Behemoth or WarHammer style engine (with 10-12 Reactor Points) is you don't have very much space on the 3400 and 4400 mass ships. You'd end up having half of your free components into weapons, leaving you very little room for defense. You'd end up being a very pretty, but very short lived star in the void.

Making some BIGGER engines for the Big Ships would be more accessible, but then they would dominate the little ships even more than they do now.

I think I figured out how to fix Boarding Rush to target all crew instead of the single (assuming I understood oyur goal there correctly):
UPDATE talent SET targets = 2 WHERE _id = 109;

No idea where you would fix the description right now to say team wide, but it works. Maybe that same place is causing the Scorn display error.

That was my initial guess too. Unfortunately, Boarding Rush is as onInit talent and most of the functionality is hardcoded and doesn't use the in combat Talent code. Therefore it doesn't have the targeting layer that normal combat talents do.

I'm not sure what you mean by light carrier, could you explain more?
I have the Quillion which can be used as a starting ship that comes with a hanger (but not strikecraft). It might be what you are looking for. I also created a Xeno light carrier. In general, there isn't a limitation on ship component placement, so any ship could have strikecraft. Base STF carriers start at 1M, heavy carriers 2M+. That doesn't give a larger range of missing coverage.

Is it possible to create an in-game option to speed up combat by 2x, 3x or 4x? Combat can be very tedious sometimes.

That's not possible. The game does have fast forwarding combat in the options, but there aren't anything that's modding accessible.
