Low Value Trade Goods: Supply and Demand drastically increased for low value trade goods.
Economic Good Scaling: More supply and demand of low value goods (and Power Generators).

There are 4 specifically designed small ships (Corvette, Stiletto, Isabel, Quillion). They required Rank C in ships. All other starting ships will have their officer quota increased, but for maximum compatibility with existing game functions, the crew limits are unchanged.
