3.6 Icons
I spent a couple hours today slapping borders on the icons for the new techs, and uploaded them in an RAR, set to expire Dec 14 2022 for now.

It looks like when this was updated for 3.4, all the interface formatting files which were breaking the tech interface were removed and the only thing it contains now are the icons, which makes it fairly easy to update. Extract all the .dds files from the archive and drop them into the steamapps\workshop\content\281990\2497748574\gfx\interface\icons\technologies folder, and it should give you borders on all the new tech icons.
