A second inner frame representing 3 values, represented by 2 colors like grey and white and the missing of an inner frame being the thrid representation. These would stand for
- objectivly good techs under all circumstances f.e. colored white
- objectivly bad techs under all circumstances f.e. represented as grey and
- the missing of an inner frame where a tech may have situational value.
Objectivly includes any types of empires or game situation.
That way you maybe able to convey for the uniniciated or even the pros very quickly under pressure what to choose without getting too distracted by having to think too hard on the choices =)
