Could you possibly make a proposal where you could actually make a monuments through events/decisions/focus tress, for example, you play as Nazi Germany's and have captured London, Paris, Moscow, Brussels, Warsaw, Amsterdam, Leningrad, and Stalingrad, you win the war and could now build Volkshalle, German for "People's hall" which was a proposal to make a new government building for the new Berlin which would be called Germania. You could also build the proposed Monuments in Washington Dc such as the never built Executive Mansion which was An even more ambitious plan was for a presidential palace north of the existing White House, on Meridian Hill.Two plans were submitted, one by Paul J. Pelz (the same) in 1898 — shown here — and another by Franklin W. Smith. Both envisioned palatial mansions that would have been more at home in a European monarchy than the young American republic. Congress, predictably, turned them down. Or Crystal Heights was Frank Lloyd Wright’s proposed apartment and shopping complex for DC. It was supposed to have been built near Dupont Circle on what was at the time (1940) one of the largest remaining undeveloped tracts in the capital.
Zoning laws, however, forbade towers higher than 110 feet and nothing came of the plan. There are so many more proposed monuments throughout history that never were built it would be cool to be able to give some sorta of immersion for a what if scenario. I am unsure if this would even work but if you can try to see if it is possible?
