We would've loved to. We talked about it, but the obvious conclusion being that it would take way too much time to make, and overall its just way to big :(.

Re-skinning and or re-designing has been considered. So far nothing has been decided. But it's a good suggestion :).

well,it is possible but like only detailed spots like the part where the whales get's worked on and the captain house, some crew cabs could be somewhere added on ship, if you get what i mean,but is it possible for you guys to build the Time bandit?, it is a crab fisher ship from a series.

Tried to see if it was possible. So i took 1 ship of the workshop merged 4 together, merged two together for length. and the other two by its side for the breadth. Never would the irl dimensions come to fruition so 92 meters ingame would have to do. And like 14 breadth. The irl is 129 meters long and 19 meters wide. So already, far off. The ship i merged together is pretty empty and not detailed but a few rooms, so estimated its ur definition of detailed(nothing but a few cabins and bridge and deck) combined. When i spawned it in, the game cut it in half and removed all separate bodies and a few blocks here and there aswell, and didn't render any of the physics shapes, and the physics fps were horrid(on low physics detail setting). So no, i don't believe in the slightest that a detailed lag free Nisshin Maru is possible. It would need to be absolutely gutted, and spawned in parts, which is so ass i'd rather shove 6 meters of rebar down my throat and out the other end.

Now. Regarding Time Bandit. I'm not speaking for the other two builders but I'm 100% sure they'd agree with me when i say that we've played the game long enough to realize that its crap and probably none of us have any desire to build another vessels. There was another one in the making but its so difficult to do ♥♥♥♥ to it so probably won't be making Time Bandit for you. Besides, its a simple boat, its shapes and curves are simple and you can build it yourself. And if you wan't to actually fish in-game i suggest the JSI Fishing addon which is available on their discord.
