Each save includes a copy of every mod that that particular game uses, so that mods can be changed or added or removed from the game as a whole without preventing the save from loading. Unfortuantely a saved game's internal copy of one or more of its associated mods will sometimes become corrupted, preventing the save from being able to load. If you look in the folder for that particular save and find a file or folder with a filesize of zero and the name of the unloadable mod then this is your problem. It can usually be corrected by pasting in an uncorrupted copy of the same file from a different savegame.
EDIT: Just saw the comment above! hahaha
If the folders are empty or missing a file for some reason, try overwriting them with versions stored in the master mod folder.
But for some reaoson, using this mod eventually. Not right away, sometimes not for a LONG time but eventually with 100 percent certainty will corrupt a save.
Really great mod. Loved all the additions. Is there any possiblity of a fix?
At some point, I may try to create an alternate version that breaks the mod up into smaller pieces, so some people can use just the rooms, or just the monsters, or just the items, and see if eliminating one or more of those elements removes their corruption problems. Unfortunately, that would be a TON of work, because the mod is absolutely huge and everything uses spells/sfx/animations. Picking out which elements belong in which pile would be a massive undertaking, and one I don't really have the time for at the moment.
This would be great.
