Thanks for the report!
Sadly, no. In the same way that Omnitron-X isn't a Device, Sky-Scraper isn't a Thorathian, and Tempest isn't a Maerynian, Silhouette doesn't have the Vampire keyword. (But I DID consider adding it!)
Mechanically, the big reason why I couldn't justify it was Dowager Ilona. She states that whenever a Vampire deals damage to a character, that Vampire regains 2 HP. Silhouette's whole shtick is dealing herself damage, so Dowager basically cancels out the cost of her whole mechanic. It's a bummer that Silhouette can't heal through Unhallowed Halls, but for the sake of game balance, it had to be done.
Thematically, the canon Sentinels vampires work quite a bit differently than vampires in the New Granwall Guardians. The vampires in the Court of Blood are more "blood mages", but Silhouette is an old school Dracula-style vampire. Their magic may not be compatible. Silhouette is also a heroic vampire, so she and the Court of Blood wouldn't get along very well.
