I found an interesting interaction between Gold Dragon and Charlie from the Case Files mod. I used Charlie's "Play it again, Sam..." to play Gold Dragon's Shining Spiral Burst from his trash while Gold Dragon was in dragon form. If I play it as Gold Dragon, the dragon text activates as expected. But if I play it as Charlie, it does not. Is the intended interpretation supposed to check whether the hero that plays it is in dragon form, or should it check whether Gold Dragon is in dragon form regardless of who plays the card?

Looking at GD's character card, it just says "Activate <dragon> text". That seems to indicate that if another hero has that kind of effect on their cards, they should be able to activate them if Gold Dragon is on his dragon side. Otherwise it should say something like "Gold Dragon may activate <dragon> text", right? Or maybe I'm just rules-lawyering this too much.
