NEED A GIVE UP BUTTON FOR COMANDER TO FINISH THE ROUND
you can see very quickly when a round is lost. whether the comander or when 1/3 of the team vote to give up. rounds are lost and it still takes 20-30 min until the round is finished. people leaven the game bevore

make that button, make a small text field for an explanation, have a vote then.
perhabs give it a red banner, a notification sounds and bam, attention taken, and I do hope that would help accelerate this without giving it abuse potential while making it (hopefully) more impactfull then just the standart vote (perhabs adjust values for a passed vote)

Maybe make it that half of both teams has to agree? Sure there is some way to prevent abuse. Also require admin approval and both cmdrs to agree?
